Refund Policy
1. General Cancellation & Refunds
At EARNMAX INNOVATION, we strive for client satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our initial consultation or if a service (like IT Consultancy or Development) has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment.
2. Software Development & Services
For ongoing software development, data processing, or large-scale projects, refunds are prorated based on the milestones achieved and labor completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits for custom software architecture are generally non-refundable once engineering has begun.
3. Processing Time & Methods
Refund requests must be submitted via email to maliksajid78655111@gmail.com detailing the transaction ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
