1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and utilizing the services of EARNMAX INNOVATION DIGITAL TECH (SMC-Private) Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Services Description
We provide IT consultancy, software development, data processing, EDP training, and import/export of technical goods. The specifics of deliverables will be outlined in individualized project contracts or Statements of Work (SOW) which supersede general terms.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all materials, custom code, methodologies, and designs created by EARNMAX remain the intellectual property of EARNMAX INNOVATION until final payment is cleared.
